1. The service

TimeDuo creates AI-generated time-travel videos from photos you upload. By using the service you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Photo rights

You confirm that you own (or have explicit consent to use) every photo you upload, and that everyone visible in those photos has agreed to AI processing of their likeness. You may not upload photos of public figures, minors without guardian consent, or anyone who has not consented.

3. AI disclaimer

Generated videos are creative interpretations, not factual depictions. Faces may not match perfectly. Refunds are not available for aesthetic reasons after generation.

4. Pricing & refunds

Watermark download €3.99, HD video (no watermark) €9.99. Credits are non-refundable once consumed. Unused purchases are refundable within 14 days under EU consumer law.

5. Acceptable use

No nudity, hate, harassment, deepfake impersonation of real public figures, minors in any compromising context, or anything illegal. We reserve the right to reject jobs.

6. Liability

TimeDuo is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
